Ecopack pie moulds include a wide range of round, rectangular and square shapes ranging from single-portion to large formats and are suitable for both sweet and savoury preparations such as tarts, quiches, cakes, plumcakes, buns, etc.
They are suitable for baking at up to 220 °C and for freezing.
The non-stick, greaseproof paper means that the moulds do not need to be buttered before use, allowing easy release of the product after baking. They are suitable for use on automatic unstacking machines. Microperforation and customisation are available on request.
Pie moulds can also be combined with R-PET lids, making them suitable for delivery, take-away and use in deli or retail counters.
