Recently we created a new design for the existing 2K cap. Our client submitted the request down to us to develop a new modern look for this frequently used cap for lemonade products.
2K injection (double injection) means that the cap is made of two materials in one moulding. The big advantage is the price. With a small adjustment we have ensured that the pull ring can be removed easily out of the cap.
