The Beam 2C is designed to meet the strict requirements of the corrugated industry. It offers a non-crush process, is customizable to enable rightsizing and light-weighting of packaging, and is strong enough to allow products to be shipped in their boxes. Moreover, it provides a positive unboxing experience that supports brand owners. There are two versions available: a standard configuration with pallet feed, and a nonstop feeding, stacking, and waste removal configuration that can be field-upgraded.
The upgraded Beam 2C offers higher productivity with an approximately 15% faster running speed.. When used along with the optional Beam Writer, the Highcon Beam 2C offers corrugated customers about 50% higher productivity per shift for typical customer job baskets. Additionally, it includes the Digital die cutting Workflow Package (DWP) for smoother, more effective, and automated integration into a site’s production workflow.
