The Afinia Label L502 is the updated version of the already brilliant L501. it’s a colour label printer with Duo Ink Technology, meaning its designed to use both pigment and dye inks to create waterproof and highly vibrant labels. The real difference between the L501 & L502 is the rugged metal casing. The whole mechanics and shell of the L502 is upgraded to more durable. Some of the environments these printers end up in need a more durable finish to enable them to take real production use. Your quality etc hasn’t changed as the L501 was great but the build durability is greatly improved.
