Spectra make 100% recycled custom tooled bottles for Beached
Spectra Packaging recently created new, environmentally friendly packs for the Beached range of face, body and hair products.
The Beached range takes full advantage of Spectra’s in-house custom moulding capabilities in 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) HDPE.
The new pack shows off Spectra’s custom tooling expertise and features an ergonomic pebble-like profile and small footprint.
The eye-catching design perfectly illustrates what can be achieved with Spectra’s expert extrusion blow moulding.
EBM offers customers the perfect solution when seeking more elaborate and challenging designs for their bottles and these distinctive custom tooled bottle is tangible proof of that.
In addition to achieving complex shapes, EBM is also very well suited for using high levels of recycled materials and Beached chose to take full advantage of this benefit by using 100% post-consumer content for a genuinely environmentally friendly product.
Despite the use of 100% recycled content, Spectra were also able to achieve bright bold blue and red packs, courtesy of expert exact match colouring.
Spectra’s dedicated in house decoration department finished off the packs with complementary two-pass silk screen printing, with the finished bottles augmented with one of Spectra’s flip-top caps from their impressive range of injection moulded closures.
