Spectra’s PCR10 initiative has been selected as one of this year’s top ten innovation highlights at Packaging Innovations London.
Selected by a panel of expert judges, the ten shortlisted innovations will be on display at the event where visitors will be able to vote for their chosen submission.
Available to view on stand xx, the winner will be announced at the Keynote Theatre on the second day of the show.
Joe Maynard, Managing Director at Spectra proudly commented, “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award and see it as recognition of Spectra’s ongoing efforts to provide innovative ways to help brands package their products responsibly”.
He went on to say, “Often fresh thinking is required to make an environmental difference and the fact that we have decided to take the lead and remove the onus on brands with a mandatory opt-out scheme has proved an original concept appreciated by many of our customers”.
Spectra’s PCR10 initiative has also been included in the “Driving The Circular Economy”category in this year’s Sustainability Awards to be held at Scanpack Gothenburg, Sweden in October.
