Following the successful launch of Cycle Pack in the UK last year—a groundbreaking, eco-friendly, heat-sealable paper pouch—IntegraMATERIALS continues to expand its product lineup to meet the rising demand for sustainable packaging. Cycle Pack, which offers a robust, eco-conscious alternative to traditional aluminium and plastic packaging is being continually developed and now has a number of variations. This heat-sealable pouch, provides effective protection against humidity, light, and oxygen, while its monomaterial construction offers key benefits such as ease of recyclability, weight reduction, and a decrease in carbon footprint due to the use of renewable resources.

Michael Lindsay Managing Director of IntegraMATERIALS, explains Cycle Pack’s development,

“Last year we were overwhelmed by the response to Cycle Pack at Packaging Innovations and we have been developing the product further to offer a number of variations, such as different barriers, to enable a wider range of manufacturers to use this innovative pouch.”

This year, IntegraMATERIALS will also highlight their newest product: the Mono Recyclable Metallised Pouch, a cutting-edge addition to their eco-friendly portfolio. Combining high barrier protection with sustainability, this new packaging solution addresses the increasing need for environmentally conscious alternatives in industries with stringent requirements, such as food, pharmaceuticals, and snacks.

Michael Lindsay, comments:
“This new recyclable pouch is a significant step forward, particularly for sectors where protection from light and moisture is crucial. It not only adheres to UK regulations but also supports global packaging standards, giving brands a competitive advantage in a market increasingly driven by eco-conscious consumers.”
