Carlton Packaging are going to new heights with recent investment in 179,000sq ft warehouse facility.

With operations in across the UK and Europe, the brand-new facility has become a group Head Office and national Distribution Centre enabling the business to deliver a smarter service throughout the whole of Europe.
Alongside the site opening, Carlton Packaging also announced their updated brand refresh in March. Their mission, ‘To relentlessly embrace our innovative spirit and inspire our clients with bespoke packaging solutions that create unbeatable brand experiences that consumers love’ is reflected through the updated branding and design.
The facility has BREEAM Excellent certification, with a 200kW solar PV installed to provide renewable energy for the site, whilst also providing 12 EV charging points to employees and visitors. The site is also over three times larger than the previous HQ, can hold six times the volume, has 17m high storage bays and 17 lorry bays – a much greater amount in comparison to the previous 7.
The new facility is also home to Carlton’s industry-leading ‘Imagination Hub’ packaging design and development centre. Lucy Bosten, Marketing Manager, says “We are making further significant investment in expanding our successful Imagination Hub facility within the new site with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to ensure we continue to provide our clients with the most effective and smarter solutions possible”.
The new location means that Carlton will have excellent transport links throughout the UK, facilitating them to continue to provide smarter packaging that consumers love!
