Traditionally the most common applications are for sauces, dressings and condiments, powder/granular seasonings, and spices however in the last few years there has been a growth in whey protein drinks and other powdered beverages.
The stick pack machines are available from single lane up to 10 lane machines which can deliver 350 packs per minute. One of the main benefits of the Stick pack machine is the high throughput they deliver while taking up a small footprint. The stick packs can be from 13mm – 80mm wide with a wide range of products but predominantly the condiment, dressings, and powdered beverage industry.
Autopack` s range of VFFS machines offers the widest possible pack options on a single machine such as pillow, gusset, block bottom, Eurolsot, quad pack and valve application both with laminate and polyethylene films. Cost effective all stainless machines and painted, which can be used with linear and multihead weighers, powder fillers and liquid depositors filling a very wide range of food products such as soups, coffee, pasta, tea, frozen foods, and pulses.
