Autopack supplied Sauce shop – Nottingham with a single head Tedelta capping solution, which was installed to an existing packing line. Eliminating the need for hand packing and to go fully automated. The uniqueness of the solution supplied was to cap both a plastic squeeze bottle as well as glass bottles with a thin neck with two different cap sizes, producing 35BPM.
“Autopack supplied us with a capping machine to form part of our automated filling line. They were flexible and allowed us to fit the conveyor first to ensure production was maintained whilst waiting for the machine to be built. The team have been very helpful in addressing issues since the machine was installed”.
Nathan Cox – Operations Manager @ Sauce Shop
Autopack collaborated with Rich Sauces – Northern Ireland for the supply of a unique capping solution. Autopack supplied and installed a low profile 3 head Tedelta Capper which incorporated an inspection and rejection element to ensure each product was capped to perfection.
“Autopack supplied us with a bespoke low profile capping machine as part of the automation and upgrade of our Sauce and Mayo Squeezy Bottling line. The equipment supplied was well designed, to our required bespoke specification, and has contributed to a significant throughput increase as well as introducing critical reliability to a line showing considerable growth. Autopack were fully engaged in both conception and at final sign off the equipment, including full approval trials at the Spanish manufacturer. Autopack also coordinated installation and commissioning with the team at site, enabling seamless transition with the new capper. The team have been fully supportive in assisting with a service program and critical spares/ change parts inventory, giving us a first year of essentially trouble- free critical asset reliability.”.
