Key Responsibilities:
· Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
· New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase sales revenue.
· External Sales: Conduct regular client visits and attend industry events to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
· Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
· Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

The Person:
· Proven experience in account management and sales, preferably within the labels or packaging industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work location.
· Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
