Saica’s four divisions include recycled paper production for corrugated cardboard (PAPER), recyclable materials recovery (NATUR), production of corrugated packaging (PACK) and flexible packaging (FLEX).
The FLEX division has been formed from the acquisition of Americk Packaging (UK and Ireland) along with Polibol (Belgium, Spain), Centroplast (Italy) and Schut Packaging, Hellema Verpakkingen and Lemapack (Netherlands).
We offer designed-for-recycling monomaterial laminates (mono PE or polyolefyn based) with >40% recycled content using Saica Natur Cycle Plus certifed PCR rPE resin. Laminates for Stand-Up-Pouch and Eco-refill pouches. Fully available for non food contact applications with no restrictions on raw material availability, allowing to comply with new regulatory requirements.
We develop designed-for-recycling monomaterial alternative laminates for food and non-food contact applications, with and without O2 and aroma barrier (PE or PP based). Solutions for VFFS, flowrap and pouch filling processes
We develop paper based alternatives for selected non-barrier and barrier applications and multipacks. Solutions for heat seal and cold seal filling processes. Technical support in packaging redesign and filling line adaptation.
