- 1 x A4 Brochure Rack
Please note that all stands with raised flooring require a ramp and all storage areas must have a vision panel.
Please note that furniture and electrical packages included in the stand package increase with stand size:
- 0 – 23 sqm receive 1 x package
- 24 -35 sqm receive 2 x packages
- over 36 sqm receive 3 x packages

Additional Information – Shell Scheme Build
Please note the shell scheme packages come with electrics, furniture and carpet listed above. If you require any additional items such as furniture, graphics, extra electrics or stand fitting these should be ordered through the Webshop which can be accessed via your MyEasyfairs account.
Shell Scheme Specification:
1. White Complete Shell Scheme with Silver aluminium upright posts
2. Height from floor to underside of ceiling grid is 2430mm.
3. The visible display area of each infill panel is 2340mm x 923mm.
4. Ceiling grids can be removed if you request this, however this is subject to approval. Please contact pinec_ops@easyfairs.com to request.
5. Use of beamers and light effects outside the stand is forbidden.
6. For security reasons, all exhibitor material must remain within the stand area.
7. You cannot fix anything to the wall panels using nails, staples, or screws. Lightweight polyboard or card panels can be fixed with double-sided Velcro, twinstick pads or blu-tack. Any damage to the shell scheme will be chargeable to the exhibiting company.

Please Note
If you are laying your own floor covering, please ensure you use NEC approved carpet tape suppliers – full details can be found here. Other forms of fixing to the hall floor, such as cable clips, nails and bolts are prohibited. Please be advised that all carpet tape must be removed at the end of the show to avoid any dilapidation’s charges.
Electrics can be ordered from the shop accessed via your ‘My Easyfairs’ account. If your electrical requirements are not listed in the online catalogue, please contact pinec_ops@easyfairs.com
All rigging must be approved by the Organiser and included in your stand plans. Please contact the Operations team in the first instance with details of what you would like to rig.
Please ensure that your contractors receive a Link to this exhibitor manual and the pre-show email detailing build and break information.
If you require any water & waste services for your stand, please contact The NEC Birmingham to place your order.
The Organisers will provide a pre-clean of all stands prior to show open and will also on the open days provide daily cleaning of the halls, the gangways and carpets on the stands. The cleaning of exhibits is not included.
Exhibitors and contractors must arrange the removal of materials and waste produced by working demonstrations of exhibits and stand fitting materials, crates and exhibits abandoned within The NEC, otherwise the exhibitor risks being charged.
