Getting There
Car & Parking
Connected Motorways: M6, M1, M40 and M42. The NEC has its own on-site car parks. Each exhibiting company will receive one free car park ticket to exit the car park without charge, which can be collected from the organisers’ office onsite.
Additional parking will be available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis. Vehicles can be pre-booked up to 24 hours in advance for £12.85 Vehicles booked within 24hours, or onsite, will be charged £16. Overnight parking is not allowed.

Birmingham International Station, connected to the NEC by a covered bridge link.

Contractor Contact Details, Detailed Stand plans, including all measurements/dimensions, Risk Assessment, Method Statement , Type of Flooring you will be using , Electrical Plans, Rigging Plans, if applicable |
Monday 20th January 2025 | Last chance to order graphics for your stand via the web-shop |
Monday 27th January 2025 | Last chance to send artwork files to be printed for your stand |
