Karen Leppard has over 10 years’ logistics experience in a variety of senior roles from Quality and Environmental Lead to Head of Sustainability and ESG. Sectors include chilled and ambient food and retail in both customer and internal facing roles. She has an MSc in Supply Chain Leadership and Management with a dissertation focussed on the relationship between suppliers and customers and their impacts on scope 3 emissions. She was appointed to her current role in October 2021.
