Technical Director for SCM and BPO within Paragon, in charge of R&D for the ecoMLR line of products. Having studied electrical and mechanical engineering whilst working for the research division of the National Coal Board, Steve has worked in various industries from mining, food and construction through to direct mail and packaging. Steve has spent over 34 years in the direct marketing industry.
